    We are looking for a skilled person to join our team who will take care of greenery and an environment where you can breathe well - for our company, its branches, and selected clients.

    Your task will be:

    • maintenance of exterior areas (mowing, raking, fertilizing, watering)

    • planting flowers, shrubs and trees

    • seasonal work – pruning, leaf cleaning, terrain preparation

    • care for the aesthetic and healthy appearance of company and client gardens

    We are looking for someone who:

    • has a relationship with nature and a desire to take care of a beautiful environment

    • is manually skilled and independent

    • can be a graduate or even a vital older person - enthusiasm and reliability are important

    • Category B driving license – a requirement!

    What will you be doing:

    • individual psychological counseling and therapy for employees, graduates, teenagers and seniors

    • work and career diagnostics, team support and development of psychological well-being in the workplace

    • creating prevention programs and participating in workshops

    • teaching and educational activities

    We require:

    • university degree in psychology

    • min. 2 years of professional experience (in the case of an exceptional graduate, open to discussion)

    • Certificates in counseling, therapy or diagnostics are welcome

    • human approach, independence, empathy and ability to work in a team

    What will you be doing:

    • creating content for social networks (IG, FB, LinkedIn, or TikTok)

    • planning and managing campaigns (organic and paid - Meta Ads, Google Ads welcome)

    • building the online identity of our brands (SchreiberGroup and partner projects)

    • performance analysis and optimization (basic reporting, suggestions for improvement)

    • collaboration on visuals, reels, stories and newsletters

    We require:

    • has experience with social media management and content marketing

    • follows trends but maintains authenticity

    • can create independently, but works well in a team

    • Proficient in tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or Mailchimp, ChatGPT...

    • can think like a brand and write like a human
